Signing in to business memberships (I am not the business owner)

Signing in to online banking or the mobile app is easy. You will be asked to update your user ID and password to meet the new security requirements.

Before signing into a business account for the first time, check with the business owner to ensure they have signed in once already.

The process to sign in for the first time depends on whether you are a Servus member.

If you are NOT a Servus member:

If you are not a Servus member, you will need to update your user ID and password for each membership you have access to. You will continue to access all memberships separately, as you do today.

If you are a Servus member:

If you are a Servus member, you will be able to use a single user ID and password to view all the memberships you have access to.

Decide on a single user ID and password you want to use to access all of your memberships. You will sign in with this user ID and password FIRST.

  1. Visit Servus.ca.

  2. Select Sign in.

  3. Enter your User ID and Password. Then select Sign in.

You may need to update your user ID and password to meet the new security requirements. If so, you'll be asked to update them before moving to the next step. If your current user ID and password meet the new requirements, you can keep the same credentials.

  4. Read and accept the digital banking agreement.

  5. Sign out

  6. Sign in to your second membership.

  7. You will see a message that this membership can now be accessed under the first user ID.

*You may be asked to complete a short form to verify your name and birthdate.

  8. Repeat steps 7 and 8 for each of your memberships.
