Signing in with one business banking membership, as the owner

Signing in to your online banking or mobile app is easy. You will be asked to update your user ID and password to meet the new security requirements.

  1. Visit Servus.ca.

  2. Select Sign in.

  3. Enter your User ID and Password. Then select Sign in.

You will need to update your user ID and password to meet the new security requirements. If so, you'll be asked to update them before moving to the next step. If your current user ID and password meet the new requirements, you can keep the same credentials.

  4. Read and accept the digital banking agreement.

If other people have access to your accounts

The ideal situation is that you, as the owner, are the first person to sign in to the new online banking or mobile app for your membership.

If an employee or service provider signs in before you and updates their user ID and password, the system will create a temporary set of credentials for you. You will need to use those credentials to sign in rather than your usual credentials.
